Korumburra Sports & Spinal Clinic is operated by Mat & Jo Holmes and was first opened in 1998 as the Gippsland Osteopathic Clinic. The business was originally housed in the Commercial Arcade for close to a year before being transferred to a home treatment room and office. With its single consulting room and small waiting room, the clinic soon outgrew its surroundings and the “Old Post Office” building was sourced and the clinic relocated to 10 Radovick Street in 2004 & newly named as Korumburra Sports & Spinal Clinic.

Initially small with two Osteopaths and a massage therapist, today the business houses five Osteopaths, three Myotherapists, two Psychologists, Podiatrist, Pilates Instructor plus reception staff. The clinical also has strong links with Victoria University where Mat is a Senior Lecturer and some of other staff are sessional tutors. Students regularly visit the clinic to gain valuable hands on experience with a number taking up internships during their final year of study.
